Resep Banana Cake Enak


Hi all...
Berhubung kegiatan jualan kue belum bisa jalan lagi alias masih libur...daripada nganggur buat pemanasan bikin yang gampang dulu deh, dan yang pasti meskipun gampang tapi enakk banget lho..yang gak punya timbangan pun bisa bikin cake ini. Yang pasti ga punya timbangan bukan halangan buatbisa bikin kue enak kan...:)

Nah aku sharing resepnya ya, aku ambil dari allrecipes.com. Kali ini karena cuma ada 2 buah pisang sisa, so aku bikinnya 1/2 resep aja, jadinya 1 loyang oval.

Ingredients :

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (pake segitiga)
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white sugar (pake castor sugar)
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas, mashed (pake pisang candevis)
2/3 cup buttermilk (aku pake susu+air lemon)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (aku pake almond slice)


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 - 8 inch round pans. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.

2. In a large bowl, cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in the bananas.

3. Add flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk to the creamed mixture. Stir in chopped walnuts. Pour batter into the prepared pans.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and place on a damp tea towel to cool.
